Tracking Your Order
We will provide you the tracking number from LBC or JRS Express. We will inform you the progress of the delivery through text message, email, or through Facebook.
Shipping and Delivery
o For delivery, product/s will be sent out once payment for the product and delivery is received. Payment for delivery will be shouldered by the buyer and will vary depending on the weight of the products and its destination.
o Once parcel is handed to the courier, we have no control over it but we will help you track your orders. We will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
o For meet ups: (Note: schedule should be confirmed)

For product returns, we will give your money back, considering that the product was returned in the same condition before it was delivered. If the product will be returned due to fit issues, we cannot accept the return. All measurements are indicated and these should be checked by the buyer prior to ordering. Otherwise, the money will be sent back through BPI / LBC / Western Union / Unionbank / BDO.
